Information You Submit
Search terms
A name or location entered in a search box is sent to the outside provider that powers that tool. We do not keep or log those search terms on our own systems. The provider’s policy applies to its handling of the query.
Messages
We retain an email or contact message as needed to read and answer it. A message is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Automatic Technical Data
Normal page requests can produce technical records used to operate and assess the service.
- Internet Protocol address
- Browser name and version
- Device type and operating system
- Pages viewed and time spent
- Referring website, when supplied
- Date and time stamps
Cookies
Cookies help measure how visitors use the site. Browser controls can reject or remove them, although some functions may then work differently.
How Information Is Used
Collected data supports a limited set of operational purposes.
- Operate the site and improve loading or reliability
- Send a search request to the selected partner
- Understand which pages visitors find useful
- Detect and correct technical problems
- Present advertising that may reflect visitor interests
Links and Advertising
Links lead to county rosters, booking reports, OCSO or Corrections pages, government portals, and outside search services. Once a visitor leaves, the destination’s privacy terms control. Advertising partners may use their own technology to measure activity across websites and select ads. That tracking occurs on their systems, not ours.
Limited Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data may be provided to search partners that process a query, analytics vendors, advertising networks, or a government or law-enforcement body acting under a valid legal order.
Security Practices
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information. No internet-connected service, transfer method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure or immune from a breach.
Visitors Under Eighteen
The site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen. A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted data may contact us to request deletion.
Your Privacy Choices
Subject to applicable law, a person may ask for a copy of personal data we hold, request correction, seek deletion, or object to certain processing. Use the Contact Us page to make a clear request.

This notice may be revised as practices or legal duties change. An updated version becomes effective when posted here with its new effective date.
